Refund Policy

1. General

As a medical provider, I offer individual Hijama (cupping therapy) appointments by appointment only. This refund policy applies to all online bookings via my website, email, or phone.

2. Cancellations and postponements of appointments

Please understand that appointments are binding. However, you can cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 48 hours in advance.

• For cancellations less than 48 hours before the appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service will be charged.

• In case of no-show without prior cancellation or cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment, the full amount will be charged.

This also applies in the event of short-term illness or other personal reasons, as the appointment has been reserved specifically for you.

3. Refund for advance payment

If you have already paid in advance via online payment or bank transfer and cancel on time:

✅ 100% refund within 5 business days via the original payment method.

In case of late cancellation or no-show, no refund will be given (see point 2).

4. Delays caused by customers

If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment cannot be completed for organizational reasons. In this case, any reduction in treatment time or cancellation is considered the client's fault, and no refund will be issued.

5. Failure by the practitioner

Should I have to cancel an appointment for important reasons (e.g., illness, emergency), you will of course be fully refunded or offered an alternative appointment. There will be no charge for this.

6. Digital booking & right of withdrawal

Since these are services that are provided at a specific time (Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 9 of the German Civil Code), there is no right of withdrawal after booking an appointment.
